Dear friends.

Autumn is harvest time for all the late season produce. At your farmer’s market, you can find:

Leeks, Kale, Lettuce, Potatoes, Peas, Pumpkins, Squash, Tomatoes, Turnips and more. This is also the best time for Apples and Pears.

I’m not a fan of the cold weather but I love Autumn in New York (before it gets real cold). I love the changing colors and the crisp air. Take a weekend drive just to see the colorful leaves, even better take a friend out for a walk to see the changing season.

Namaste,

Natural Organic Food by Michael Malega

If organic farming is the natural way, shouldn't organic produce just be called "produce" and make the pesticide-laden stuff take the burden of an adjective?

 - Ymber Delecto

I would like to cover every aspect of this topic. In order to keep things short I have only included the major topics detailed as good as possible.

Natural organic food is not for everyone. There are many circumstances where even the person who might like to go organic and consume only raw organic food and food products will be at a loss as to how to go about this in an economically practicable manner.

The ground for this might seem self apparent to some people, but the truth of the thing is that no matter how far organic food and food products have come down in cost, it is still bordering on the expensive, and most middle to low income families find it most unacceptable to purchase natural organic food on any kind of steady basis.

Therefore there has to be some impetus, a drive force if you will, behind their desire to purchase natural organic food and the staggering block of increased each month outgoings. These factors diverge from person to person and according to each personal situation.

For instance a heart and soul income family with two teen kids and a toddler or baby might find that they have to make certain sacrifices to go organic. This can impress anything from cutting down on eating place outings to cutting back on certain unwanted luxuries such as gourmet roasted coffee to redistributing the natural organic food chain inside the family itself.

This can lead to mom and dad getting only a small percent of organic foods, or none at all in their diets, with the majority of the natural organic food and organic food products being purchased for their children.

This is of course in the cases where the benefits of organic foods have tipped the scales for parents, and where they want their children to consume less of pesticide and chemic plant food enriched food, and more of natural organic food.

It is also true that families without very young children, or one-person families, will also go to the extent of overwhelming natural organic food if the need is great enough or if they feel that it won’t importantly change their easy lifestyle.

The one thing that remains steady throughout is the want of more and more people to add natural organic food and food products to their weekly foodstuff bill, contempt the considerable dent it would put in their pockets. People are looking more and more at what they are consuming, and are Taking more of an active interest in finding “natural” outlets for this.

It was into this niche that natural organic food and food products crept into and took hold. These days, the mantra on the lips of many people is, eat fit and live healthy... to learn more on this topic, please check our web site by clicking on our link below...

In conclusion I’d like to say thank you to you for reading this article and good luck with any issues related to this information.

Tips for Including Exercise in Your Diet Program by Deborah Prosser

Exercise should be an important part of your diet and fitness program. Proper exercise will not only burn excess calories and fat, it will speed up the process to help you get in shape.

The Two Types of Exercise

Aerobic and anaerobic are the two categories of exercise that you can perform. Anaerobic exercise, like weight training, refers to the type of exercise wherein you use oxygen, and burning fat is your primary source of energy. Anaerobic exercise such as walking and running, relies instead on sugar, drawing most of the energy it requires from carbohydrate stores in the body. Both types of exercise are good for you and should be part of your over-all program.

How Hard to Work Out?

Although it is usually believed that you have to perform heavy exercise in order to obtain results, this is not so, - fat will be burned regardless of the intensity of the exercise. This means that even light exercise can burn fat. Light exercise is able to eliminate the lactic acid (a "toxin" produced by your body) from your muscles, triggering the process of cell regeneration. It is essential that you follow a couple of guidelines while you exercise:

1. Anaerobic Exercise

Remember to take deep breaths as you exercise. Breathe in, inhaling through your nose and taking the air all the way into your stomach, holding it there for a few seconds and then exhaling through the mouth. Usually, we try to breathe out as we exert effort on the lifting motion, and breathe in as we lower the weight.

2. Aerobic Exercise

You must exercise according to your comfort level. Exercising should make you a little uncomfortable, but not to the point that you experience pain. An adequate level is that of a little more than half of your maximum physical capacity; say a level of 7 out of 10. You should still be able to talk normally as you exercise. Exercise lightly for about 45 minutes a day and you will notice a definite increase in your energy level.

3. Finding The Time

Don't use your busy schedule as an excuse not to exercise. If you are really serious about getting fit and healthy, you will find the time to work out. You can wake up an hour earlier than usual and use that time to exercise. Your lunch break is also a good time. A great help is to find a friend who is also getting into regular exercise.

4. The Benefits

- Any kind of exercise will do wonders for your heart and lungs, as well as improve your circulatory and respiratory systems. Numerous studies have shown that exercise is beneficial to health and can help prevent the onset of many diseases. - If you are on a diet, exercise (both aerobic and anaerobic) is a great way to burn calories and keep your weight down. It also allows you to consume a little more food without necessarily putting on extra pounds. - Regular exercise will help you increase your productivity and you'll find yourself accomplishing things much faster. A sedentary way of life induces a feeling of tiredness. With regular exercise, your blood flow will improve and you'll find yourself more energetic than before. Exercise is even more important if your job entails sitting down all day long. Many people work at a desk all day and then go home and watch TV in the evening! Over time this will be really detrimental to your overall health.

Each day then, devote some of your time to performing exercise. You'll soon discover that your health and appearance are better than ever.

Why Meditate by Fia Crandall

Why meditate, what can it do for you? You have probably heard you should meditate, but what's in it for you? What are the true benefits to meditation.

The biggest benefit I see in meditation is that you still your mind. It becomes quiet...

Think of the last time your mind was racing with unstoppable thoughts... Maybe it's like that right now! I know for most people, having constant thoughts is normal. I know what that's like, it was normal for me too a few years ago.

But it's not like that for me anymore, in fact, as soon as my mind gets into this "over-thinking" mode, I immediately feel drained and my energy goes way down.

So what does this mean to you?

If you find that you are constantly thinking, you are only able to access and feel a very limited amount of energy.

If I could show you how much more energy you would have if you were able to quiet your mind even for a small amount of time each day, you would be amazed!

Because what happens when you quiet your mind is that your Spirit begins to shine through you. Your Higher Self or your Divinity becomes present.

So you not only have more energy, you also have access to an infinite wisdom, creativity and even love.

That's why I believe meditation is beneficial. You stop allowing your mind to constantly be in control, you open to your more expanded, wise and loving self to come through.

And this can open your life up in ways your mind could never imagine... I know this has been true in my life.

Had I left my mind in charge, there's no way I'd be sharing my true passion through Intuitions. I'd still be in my old engineering career, filled with doubts, fears and uncertainty. Knowing at a deep level what I always wanted, but not knowing how I could actually make it happen.

It took inspiration, energy, opening to possibilities, letting go of fear, allowing transformation within...

None of this could have happened had I let my mind stay in charge. I had to open to a greater wisdom, to a greater consciousness.

So try it for yourself, for the purpose of accessing the more amazing, infinite, creative, loving self that you really are, to open your life in wonderful ways you can't yet imagine.

Another important point is that it is not how long you can meditate for, it's that YOU CAN STOP your thoughts. That's all. That you can consciously stop your mind from it's crazy, non-stop, exhausting thinking... and open to peace, energy, vitality, inspiration, creativity, wisdom, and clarity. In just a moment.

Try it now, close your eyes, focus your attention within your body and allow yourself to relax and allow the thoughts of your day to just slip away. Focus on your breath, just watch it, feel it.

Why?

So you are focusing on something which allows your thoughts to stop.

If you have a hard time with that one, try a guided meditation. In guided meditations, you are focusing on the words so you are still stopping your thoughts, which is the point...

Either way, begin today, even if it is for short periods of time. Even if it is for 30 seconds, the point is why you're doing it and that you are doing it. It's not about performance, it's about allowing your amazing Spirit to shine through you and into your life. Opening your mind and energy to the wonderful possibilities for your life.

To get more selective information you can see wineries and ask questions from their tour guides, look for the data that you require on the internet, read some books on wine try and other subjects.
